We accept orders being shipping to US & Canada and will also ship to many other countries internationally
(with restrictions *see shipping information*)

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of ordering if all items are IN STOCK.

If an item becomes "out of stock" after your order is placed, you will be emailed within processing time of 3 days.

If you need your order shipped ASAP or immediately, a RUSH charge of $5.00 is added to your order.

*~*~ Payment Processing ~*~*

NY Orders will be charged 8.65% sales tax unless a ST-120 form is faxed or sent to us with a copy of your business certificate.



*~*~ Shipping Policy ~*~*

With our company, shipping your package is your choice!!  You choose the method and we will ship your order that way.
  On all packages we will send you either a tracking number or delivery confirmation number.   With this method, we can show proof of shipment.  Fragrance Oil Heaven can not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.  With Federal Express, we will file a claim for the package.  If your claim for a lost is denied, we are not responsible for shipping another without additional payment.  With USPS, claims can not be made unless you specify that you would like to purchase insurance.  At that point, filing a claim with USPS is the customer's responsibility.

US Orders will ship via USPS or UPS only.
If your order contains fragrance oils with flashpoints 200 or below, your order MUST ship via Ground Delivery ONLY!!  US Orders with all fragrance oils that are 200+ can be shipped via Priority Delivery.
There are no exceptions to this rule!! 
 To be in violation of this Federal Law constitutes a $10,000 fine.

PLEASE REMEMBER...IF YOU ARE A HOME BASE BUSINESS...YOU ARE NOT A "BUSINESS" ADDRESS BUT A "RESIDENTIAL" ADDRESS.

For any packages that are returned to us for non-delivery from information that was provided by you the customer, you will be accessed any fees that we incur including costs to reship to a correct address.  Please make sure your ship to address is correct and you have picked the correct shipping method for Federal Express Shipments.

**Restrictions for International Order**
We can and will only ship fragrance oils that have a
flashpoint of minimum 200+ .  
There are no exceptions to this rule AS IT IS LAW 

If your order includes oils that do not meet the above postal requirements, they will be removed from your order and any monies paid will be refunded to you.

We can not ship any Diffuser Premixed Oils internationally. 

Customer would be responsible for any import fees.

Orders will not be processed as "GIFT" ... it is your responsibility as the customer for any and all import and custom fees.

All orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or
internationally will be shipped via USPS.

*~*~ Declined Credit Card ~*~*

If your credit card is declined,
you have one chance to submit another form of payment
and a $5.00 reprocessing fee will be applied to your order.
If declined a 2nd time, your order will be immediately cancelled.

*~*~ Returns/Refunds ~*~*

Due to the cosmetic nature and to protect our customers, we can not accept returns.  Please order sample sizes to test.

*~*~ Cancellation of Order ~*~*

Once you have been invoiced for your invoice, if you choose to cancel your order, you will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee to cover costs of processing your order.

Once your order is shipped, your order can not be cancelled due to any reason.
